The central idea of this image is to make the viewer wonder what exactly is in this picture. It is interesting because you don't really know what is making the water look so metallic. I shot this photo around 12 noon so the lighting great because of the brightness. Because of the sun, you can see the deep reflection of the light off on the oil in the water. I think this photo goes with my theme because it is all about the beauty and rarity of nature, whether it be colors, texture, shape, or size. From here, i would like to see my theme develop and broaden itself even more. I would like to see more photos with all of the textural elements acting and working off of each other.
